Confirmation Policy

You will receive a confirmation text or email the day before your appointment. If we don't receive a response by 9pm, we will consider it a cancellation. As per the cancellation policy, you will be charged in full for your appointment, which will need to be paid prior to your following session.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged in full for the appointment. Payment is due before your next appointment. Notify Bodyworks By Elony by phone call/text at (818) 287-1322 or e-mail at BodyworksByElony@gmail.com. Date and time of message will be noted.

*Please note that 2-hour sessions require 48 hours notice of cancellation.

Tardiness

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.

Sickness

Bodyworks By Elony services are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you feel symptomatic! If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation may be waived.

Covid-19

Elony is dedicated to the wellness and health of her clients, she is FULLY vaccinated and boosted. All equipment is sanitized prior to each use and hands are frequently washed/sanitized. If you are feeling any Covid-19 symptoms please cancel your appointment promptly.

At Bodyworks By Elony, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your personal information. We collect your name, phone number, and email address solely for the purpose of scheduling and managing your massage therapy appointments.

Data Sharing & SMS Consent: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

2. SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages through our booking site, you agree to the following:

• Purpose: We send automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.

• Unencrypted Communication: By opting in, you acknowledge and agree that SMS is an unencrypted form of communication. You consent to receive scheduling information via this method despite the inherent security risks of unencrypted messaging.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity.

• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

• How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

• How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at bodyworksbyelony@gmail.com.

3. How We Obtain Consent

Consent is obtained when a client voluntarily provides their phone number and checks the opt-in box on our appointment booking page. This box is not pre-checked, and opting in is not a requirement to receive services, though it is the primary method for receiving automated reminders.
